Firecurl Curly Coated Retrievers

The other passion in our lives is vintage fire engines, hence the 'Fire' in the Firecurl affix.

We currently own 4 appliances & attend vintage vehicle & fire engine rallies during the summer, of course the Curlies come too & are probably more well known at the shows than us, especially with their reputation of not passing an ice cream van without sampling the goods.....

The never ending project........

This is our 1939 Leyland Cub FK8 Braidwood in her days as a serving fire engine

A considerable number of years later

Arriving home - the garage was built for her!

But then we moved house & in her part re-built state she came too!

She is currently in two parts on the left the engine & chassis & on the right the body part re-built

And the new 'wreck' on the block.....
